Visitors can filter it to an individual active amateur band; its map paths, receiver markers, bounds, legend, and report, receiver, band, and longest-path summaries update to match the selection. The section remains available when there is WSPR history during the past seven days, even when the latest 24-hour map is empty, and is hidden only when that seven-day history is empty. It includes a full-screen viewing control and adapts to mobile screen sizing and device-orientation changes. Its introduction explains WSPR's low-power digital propagation reporting for visitors new to the technology. - An Enphase Solar card shows locally collected IQ Gateway solar output, daily and seven-day generation, and reporting IQ8 inverter count. Daily generation uses the IQ Gateway's current-day total or a lifetime-production reading when the gateway's daily total is unavailable. If energy readings stall, it estimates new generation from live solar output and marks today's total with `~`. The graph marks earlier zero readings as unverified while the estimate is active. An independent active-band filter recalculates the complete chart, summary, and daily table for the selected band. Selecting a day bar refreshes the map with the selected direction of activity from that UTC day and labels the map with the selected date. Visible instructions explain this interaction, and a Latest 24h control restores the rolling map. - A live-status badge that recognizes YouTube's current live-page metadata variants and indicates when N6MUD is streaming. - After the browser has observed an off-air state, a short audible alert plays when the status changes to live. Browser audio becomes available after the visitor's first interaction with the page. - When the station bridge is connected, the site header displays the current TX or RX state, radio frequency in grouped MHz format (for example, 7.145.50 MHz), amateur band, and operating mode, refreshing every 5 seconds. It automatically disappears and checks less frequently when current station information is unavailable, and station checks pause while the tab is hidden. A temporary status-publication timeout is retried automatically by the station bridge. - When optional local receiver-audio recognition is enabled, it recognizes direct, split, and common radio-phonetic callsigns, then each recognized callsign is verified through QRZ.com. A Recently Heard section shows first detections as awaiting a second hearing with an amber dot, and shows callsigns confirmed by two separate local detections within one hour with a green dot. It displays only distinct, verified callsigns grouped by reported frequency, with each frequency shown above its comma-separated, one-per-line `CALLSIGN - First Name, City time ago` format, using the city returned by QRZ.com, formatted in title case. Elapsed time uses the compact `min` or `mins` labels. Frequency, band, and mode are not displayed. Results are labeled "Automatically transcribed, mistakes are guaranteed", expire after 15 minutes (up to 25 distinct callsigns), and the section remains hidden when no recent detections exist. WB1G is displayed as Smitty Smith. - A page-view count in the footer. - Footer links to the site's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. STATION CHAT ------------ - Real-time community chat for amateur-radio conversations. - During an active N6MUD livestream, YouTube chat messages can appear alongside site chat with a red YouTube logo and linked channel display name so external identities remain distinct from QRZ-verified amateur-radio callsigns. New YouTube messages may take approximately 20 seconds to appear. - YouTube custom-emoji shortcode text is hidden; emoji-only shortcode messages do not appear in site chat. - During an active N6MUD livestream, verified text posts from site chat can be relayed to the public YouTube live chat by the N6MUD channel with the posting callsign shown in brackets before the message. Attachments remain on the website. - Temporary YouTube errors do not mark queued site messages as delivered, and the relay automatically looks for the next active stream after a chat ends. - Retained recent chat history that opens at the newest message and loads older pages on demand as the visitor scrolls upward. - Search across all retained callsigns, message text, attachment names, and searchable descriptions of newly uploaded images, including visible text and confidently recognized equipment. Search is not limited to messages already loaded in the browser. - New messages continue following the bottom when the visitor is already near the latest chat, and a visitor's own submitted message is always brought into view after it appears. - A remembered Newest first switch can reverse chat order so incoming messages remain at the top while older history loads from the bottom. - The left chat panel offers an archive list of retained months with message counts. Selecting a month shows only that month, while Latest returns to the live, current chat view.
